Welcome to “BEARADISE!” — a spacious and private mountain retreat located on 3 acres in the gated community of Powder Horn Mountain. With over 3,000 square feet, four bedrooms, multiple living areas, and a fully equipped game room, this home is ideal for families or groups looking to relax and enjoy the High Country.

Enjoy peaceful surroundings, close-range mountain views, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out across three levels.

**The Home**

This beautifully designed home features three levels of living space, offering both comfort and privacy.

The main level includes the kitchen, living room, dining area, breakfast room, laundry room, half bath, and a king master suite with a large ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a separate tub and shower.

The upper level offers a second king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, along with a shared full bathroom. There is also a loft-style sitting area with a TV and card table.

The lower level (walk-out basement) includes a queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious game room with a queen pull-out sofa. The game room is equipped with Ms. Pac-Man, foosball, air hockey, darts, two large TVs, recliners, and a full-size couch.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

**Kitchen and Dining**

The kitchen is fully stocked and designed to accommodate large groups. It includes dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, bakeware, cutting boards, knives, measuring tools, and small appliances such as a crockpot, blender, and mixer.

Coffee options include both a K-cup and traditional drip coffee maker.

Additional features include a full-size side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove, dishwasher, and ample counter space for meal preparation.

Elk Creek, a state-stocked trout stream, is located just outside the community.

**Things to Know**

* Grocery stores are located in Boone, Lenoir, and North Wilkesboro; it is recommended to shop before arrival

* Grocery delivery is available from Lowes Foods in Boone

* Cell service can be limited; Verizon tends to work best, and WiFi calling is recommended

* Dogs are allowed (maximum of 2) with a $50 per pet fee; pets must be disclosed at booking

* No cats allowed
